A Year of Craftsmanship, Precision and Problem-Solving

Throughout 2025, Polstore delivered a wide range of storage and workspace installations across multiple sectors. From automotive and motorsport to engineering, military and heritage environments, every project reflects what we value most: precision, practicality and solutions built to last.

Here’s some of the work that defined the year.

Motorsport Workshop Storage: Built for High-Performance Environments

During the year, Polstore supported motorsport workshops with modular storage systems designed for high-performance engineering environments.

From specialist automotive workshops to elite motorsport teams, the requirements are the same: reliability, rapid access to tools and layouts that support efficient, uninterrupted workflow.

Our solutions included heavy-duty workbenches, high-capacity drawer cabinets, mobile tool storage, secure cupboards and roller-shutter units, all enhanced with bespoke foam tool control where required.

Polstore also completed a growing volume of work for Formula 1 motorsport teams in 2025. While confidentiality prevents us from naming clients, these projects operate at the highest level, where organisation, durability and speed of access are critical.

Engineering Workspaces: Built for Precision and Productivity

Across a range of engineering and manufacturing environments, Polstore delivered workbenches, storage and machine shop upgrades designed to support precision, safety and efficient use of space.

Each installation was tailored to the way teams work, helping create organised, practical environments that support consistent performance.

One standout project this year was our installation for Techemet, a global leader in automobile catalyst recycling.

For their upgraded facility, Polstore delivered specialist workbenches with defined operator zones, integrated storage and protective matting, creating a cleaner, more controlled workspace suited to handling high-value materials safely and efficiently.

Heritage Storage: V&A East Storehouse

A particularly proud moment in 2025 was the completion of Polstore’s work at the V&A East Storehouse, a landmark museum project more than a decade in the making.

At the opening event, Adam and Paula saw original Polstore cabinet drawers installed over 30 years ago, still in use today. Alongside these legacy systems, the team also installed new drawer cabinets, textile storage and specialist display storage.

Seeing decades-old storage still performing as intended is a powerful reminder that Polstore solutions are built to last.

Tool Control Solutions: Designed and Produced In-House

Throughout 2025, Polstore delivered bespoke foam tool control solutions across multiple sectors, all designed and produced by our skilled in-house team.

Using our own CNC equipment, we scan, measure and precision-route each tool to create custom foam layouts and shadow boards that improve visibility, protect equipment and support accountability.

These solutions help teams:

• Instantly identify missing tools
• Reduce damage and unnecessary wear
• Maintain organised, professional working environments

Installed across workshops, machine shops, military and heritage settings, Polstore’s in-house foam systems provide a practical, long-term approach to tool and asset control.
