New Production Line Workbenches

Polstore Storage Systems were commissioned by Dave Baseley, Production Manager for Noble Automotive Limited, to design and supply new line side workstations to accommodate the new workshops and manufacture of the M600 sports car.

Noble are a British sports car manufacturer, renowned for producing high-speed sports cars with a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive layout.

With the development of several successful models Noble moved to larger premises at Meridian Business Park near Leicester. They were looking for a provider of storage equipment to meet their demands: a new lineside storage solution was required, to support the development of the M600.

Polstore worked closely with the Noble Production Team: a design was drawn up and agreed, incorporating a number of key requirements for each workstation:

• drawer storage with internal partitioning
• service leg for electrical and compressed air supply
• heavy duty steel covered worksurface
• perforated back panel for a flexible tool hanging facility
